We do not accept Return for live fish. If there is an issue when you receive your package, please contact us right away via email: info@bettaelegance.com

REFUND POLICY:

BEFORE PURCHASING LIVE FISH, please kindly check your area's weather and temperature first. Below 35F and Above 90F is NOT good to ship your fish.
We will HOLD your order for 7 days until we think it is safe to ship it. After 7 days, if your weather will not improve, we will notify you that we will have to cancel the order for the fish's safety.

WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR FISH, please use the tracking number provided to see where your package is, please have someone at the receiving address to take the package inside as soon as possible. Open the package to inspect the fish. If the fish is DOA (Dead On Arrival), please send at least 3 clear pictures of the fish inside UNOPENED bag and send to us via email: info@bettaelegance.com

The pictures have to be sent to us within 24 hours since the time the package is delivered (We will check the time frame in USPS official website). 
If the fish has been outside for too long after 24 hours, we will NOT be responsible to refund you if you fail to receive and inspect your fish on time.
Please be mindful about your own schedule, please be at the address or have someone to receive the package on delivery day, WE DO HAVE AN OPTION TO HOLD FOR PICK UP AT YOUR LOCAL USPS STORE. Simply use their address and note HOLD FOR PICK UP. Use your full name when place an order and bring your ID to them.

After we receive your clear pictures within 24 hours and confirm the fish is DOA, we will process to refund the cost of the fish including taxes. SHIPPING COST CANNOT BE REFUNDED.
