Shipping policy

ALL live fish will be shipped with USPS Priority (2-3 business days after tracking number is active)
USPS priority $17 (up to 4 fish)
USPS Express: $60 (up to 4 fish) 1-2 business days after tracking number is active

Please email us if you want to order more than 4 fish at a time so we can give you a shipping quote.

BEFORE PURCHASING LIVE FISH, please kindly check your area's weather and temperature first. Below 35F and Above 90F is NOT good to ship your fish.
We will HOLD your order for 7 days until we think it is safe to ship it. After 7 days, if your weather will not improve, we will notify you that we will have to cancel the order for the fish's safety.

WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR FISH, please use the tracking number provided to see where your package is, please have someone at the receiving address to take the package inside as soon as possible


NOTE: We will be stopping all live fish shipments on OCTOBER 15th and reopen again on FEBRUARY 1st.
